Client Responsibilities

Warranties

• • Reliable Builders offers warranties for its work, including labor and materials, as outlined in the contract. Any warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

• • We will correct any defects in the work covered by the warranty within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination

1. 1. By the Client: The client may terminate the agreement in writing. Any work completed up to the point of termination must be paid for.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
